To create your own custom floorplan, or have a floorplan drawn of an exsisting structure, please call 516 816 2527. In your home or at our office you can sit directly with our draftsman. There is a $200 minimun service fee for the initial meeting, any additional drafting service is billed at $65/hour. many people typically complete this stage in one or two meetings.
